Shipping Information

1. Shipping Time:
We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1-3 weeks, depending on your location. Please note that this is just an estimate – customs or even bad weather might cause delays.

2. Shipping Locations:
Anipetshop proudly offers international shipping to the following destinations:

Australia, Canada, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Guam, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Netherlands, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

3. Shipping Charges:
We provide free shipping for all orders to our specified shipping destinations. There are no hidden fees; the price you see is the price you pay.

*Please note: A $5.92 shipping fee applies to U.S. orders under $99. Free shipping on orders over $99.

4. Order Confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please review this information for accuracy and contact us immediately if any discrepancies are found. Please note that we cannot offer reshipment or refunds for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Tracking Your Shipment:
You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This number allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

6. Customs and Import Duties:
Because of recent U.S. government tariffs, a 10% import duty will apply to orders shipped to the U.S. This fee is automatically calculated at checkout and clearly shown in your total. Don’t worry – your order will arrive right at your doorstep with no extra charges on delivery. Customers in other countries aren’t affected by this tax

Returns & Exchanges

7. Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Simply return the item to us following the guidelines below:

  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Our return policy will apply to items you wish to return.
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging.
  • Product Handling: To ensure eligibility for a refund, do not use, assemble, or modify the product before returning.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us directly at service@anipetshop.com for assistance rather than returning the item.
  • Post-30 Day Returns: For items that become defective beyond the 30-day return window, contact us for assistance or refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for guidance.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

8. Freight Charges for Returns
All returned goods must be sent at your expense, regardless of the reason or fault. The only exception is if you receive an incorrect item due to our error. In such cases, we will provide a credit or refund to cover the return shipping costs.

9. Special Note for USA Customers:
If you’re returning an item from within the USA, please reach out to us at service@anipetshop.com for return instructions. We aim to simplify the return process for you, offering an easier solution than returning the item to its original shipping location.
