Additionally, Revolution treats and controls ear mites (Otodectes cynotis), prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis, and treats and controls sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei). It also treats and controls intestinal hookworm (Ancylostoma caninum) and roundworm (Toxocara canis) infections. Revolution is suitable for dogs 6 weeks of age and older, weighing 5.1-10 lbs (2.6-5 kg).
Possible Side Effects
The most commonly reported side effects of Revolution include temporary hair loss at the application site, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, increased thirst, and excessive drooling.
