Indications
Revolution for Puppies & Kittens up to 5 lbs (up to 2.5 kg) is designed to kill adult fleas and provide treatment and prevention of flea infestations (Ctenocephalides felis) for up to 30 days. Additionally, Revolution treats and controls ear mites (Otodectes cynotis), prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis, and treats and controls intestinal hookworm (Ancylostoma tubaeforme) and roundworm (Toxocara cati) infections. Revolution is suitable for puppies and kittens as young as 6 weeks of age, weighing up to 5 lbs (2.5 kg).
Possible Side Effects
The most commonly reported side effects of Revolution include temporary hair loss at the application site, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, increased thirst, and excessive drooling. In rare cases, seizures have been reported in pets using Selamectin. Use Revolution with caution in pets with a history of seizures or neurological disorders.
